I accept Blue Cross, United Health Care and United Behavioral Health, and Tufts Health Plans insurances, as well as Cash-Pay, for sessions. Please leave a message including what you are seeking assistance for, along with your insurance plan, return contact information, and a good time to call or e-mail to contact you at.
After collecting information, you will be scheduled for an intake session, within days of our conversation or interaction, at your most convenient time. Appointments are very easy to schedule after intake. You will acquire your own user ID, and will have direct access to me for scheduling, and for emergency appointments.
Appointments are pre-scheduled toward the close of your sessions. Clients can e-mail schedule requests and changes at least 48 hrs prior requested time, or time to be rescheduled. Intake appointments are scheduled by this clinician, after consultation by phone or e-mail, with the next appointment(s) scheduled by this clinician.
This clinician is very lenient, however, late cancellations within 12 hrs without a reasonable excuse, will be charged a late cancel fee of $55. No call/no show fees are $75, without reasonable explanation.
